Applicable law

Any order validated on the 47ZERO.com E-commerce site implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. It is up to each customer, professional or individual, to read the general conditions of sale before placing an order.

When you order products from 47ZERO.com for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import obligations and taxes, which will be collected when the package arrives at its destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be your responsibility, we have no control over these costs.

The General Conditions aim to define the terms of sale between 47ZERO (SARL AGEP) and the User, from placing an order to after-sales services, including payment and delivery.

 

Products

The products governed by these General Conditions are those appearing on the Website (the “Products”). They are offered while stocks last.

Photographs do not enter into the contractual scope. 47ZERO - SARL AGEP cannot be held responsible if errors appear.

47ZERO - SARL AGEP reserves the right to make at any time any modification that it deems useful to its products, and without obligation to modify the products previously delivered or ordered, it reserves the possibility of modifying without prior notice the models in the descriptions on the site.

 

Pricing

The sales prices of products on the site are in Euros (with the possibility of converting into Dollars - indicative estimate), excluding delivery costs.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card.

International delivery is free for purchases of €80 plus.

 

Delivery

The amount of delivery costs depends on the geographical delivery area and the weight of the order.

47ZERO (SARL AGEP) reserves the choice of delivery method and carrier.

In France and European Union countries, taxes and customs fees are included in the price of your order.
Outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees are not included.

 

Intellectual property

All texts and images presented on the site are reserved, for the entire world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; they benefit from a copyright. Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the prior formal agreement of 47ZERO (SARL AGEP).

 

Force majeure, fait du prince

47ZERO (SARL AGEP) cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any failure to fulfill its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or fait du prince. In these cases, 47ZERO (SARL AGEP) is under no obligation to inform the customer of this inability. In addition, the latter cannot cancel his order or initiate any compensation procedure against 47ZERO (SARL AGEP).

 

Garantees

47ZERO (SARL AGEP) offers its customers a 24-month commercial guarantee from the date of purchase. This warranty will be limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products ordered on the 47ZERO.com site, without liability being sought further in any other way.

This guarantee extends to the operation of the mechanical movement, the bracelet, the glass and the case (for gold plating less than 3 microns). After repair, the initial warranty of the watch does not change and continues its normal course. Repaired or replaced parts (excluding glass) constitute a new guarantee for a period of 6 months. Throughout the life of the product, the individual customer also has the possibility of applying the guarantee against hidden defects as provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the civil code.

47ZERO (SARL AGEP) disclaims all liability in the event of improper handling of its products. The following list of cases, for which the guarantee does not apply, is not exhaustive:

in the event of damage resulting from accidents

in the event of interventions outside 47ZERO services

in the event of rust in the movement of non-waterproof watches

For all orders delivered in France, returns for exchange or refund are free. For any other country, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 47ZERO after-sales service is the only one authorized to repair equipment and products under warranty.

 

Order cancellation. (Retraction period)

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, “The consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of, where applicable, return costs.

47ZERO undertakes to reimburse the Customer, using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, the price of the Product as well as the standard delivery costs, without unjustified delay and at the latest within fourteen ( 14) days following the date of recovery of the Products.

Return costs and risks are the responsibility of the Customer.

Products returned incomplete, damaged or defective due to improper handling will not be returned or exchanged.

 

Data Privacy

All personal data concerning you (name, address, telephone numbers, fax or e-mail address, IP of your computer, etc.), which you have communicated to us through the site 47ZERO.com will not be communicated to third parties.

This information will not be used without your consent, we will only use it to send you emails or letters.

In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law in article 34, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you.

 

Retention of transactions

The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1348 of the Civil Code.

In accordance with the provisions in force, according to article R.541-173 of the environmental code and in application of the AGEC law, anti-waste law for a circular economy, a new unique identifier (IDU) per sector is issued by ADEME in order to facilitate the monitoring and control of compliance with the obligations of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
